What you will do:
- Conduct core social work assessments in line with the Care Act, including Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests decisions
- Engage in Community Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, court work, and safeguarding assessments
- Work collaboratively within a team yet confidently manage tasks independently
- Handle a complex and varied caseload with professionalism and efficiency
- Utilize strong IT skills to maintain precise records and communicate effectively
- Ensure compliance with legal and policy frameworks to deliver the highest standards of social care
