Cnc Machine Operator in Ellesmere Port, North West

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading steel company in their search for a CNC Machine Operator to work at their facility in Ellesmere Port 

For the successful CNC Machhine Operator our client is offering:

• Up to £15.40 per hour 
• Monday till Friday shift rotation, 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am
• Temporary to Permanent position
• Training and Development opportunities available

The role - CNC Machine  Operator:

• Set up and operate CNC sawing equipment
• Select appropriate saw blades, adjust cutting speeds, and position materials for precise cuts
• Use forklift to collect own materials to load the CNC
• Check quality of finished products.
• Monitor sawing operations to ensure accuracy, quality and adherence to safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organised work area

What our client is looking for in a CNC Machine Operator:

• FLT Counter Balance License ( in house and expired license are accepted  )- ESSENTIAL
• Previous experience in a similar role - ESSENTIAL
• Previous experience operating CNC machines -ESSENTIAL
• Physically fit to lift heavy materials
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
