Salary: £38,000 – £46,000

The Maintenance Engineer Role:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be working in a fast-paced production environment supporting semi-automated lines and packaging equipment. This is a hands-on role that includes:
- Reactive maintenance on high-speed machinery
- Small installations and continuous improvements
- Facilities maintenance, including sinks, toilets, and general infrastructure
- Involvement in some PPM but with a flexible, non-rigid approach
Key Equipment & Systems:
- Flo Wrappers
- Depositors
- Conveyors
- Ultrasonic Cutters
- Box Taping Machines
- Air Compressors
- Wash Systems
- Compactors
Technical Skills Required:
- Safety Circuits, Sensors, Relays
- Inverters, Motors, Drives
- Bearings, Belts, Chains, Sprockets
- Pneumatics, Valves
