What you will do:

• Provide dietetic care to a varied caseload of children, addressing their individual dietary requirements in clinic settings, special or mainstream schools, or at their homes.
• Advise carers and families on suitable dietary strategies, ensuring children receive optimal nutrition for healthy growth and development.
• Liaise and collaborate with other healthcare professionals, enhancing the support network for the children and families under your care.
• Maintain comprehensive records and contribute to the development of dietetic service protocols and procedures.
• Be a proactive and autonomous practitioner while effectively communicating and working within a multidisciplinary team.

To excel in this role, you must be HCPC registered and possess a valid driving licence as travel between different care locations is an integral part of the job.
