What you will do:

- Collaborate with team members to support optimum cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and functional recovery of clients
- Monitor the physical and emotional well-being of clients, promptly reporting any changes to senior colleagues
- Foster positive morale among clients through effective communication and engagement
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation to ensure high-quality care
- Advocate for clients by promoting choice and enabling feedback on care processes
- Contribute to enhancing client experiences and support junior and new staff development
- Ensure service users’ views and experiences shape service provision and delivery
