The right individual must come from a High-Volume QSR or Fast Casual Dining operations.

- Financially savvy, with a focus on cost control and driving sales.

- Very comfortable in new store openings.
- Commercially aware and strategic – comfortable working closely with a dynamic board team to grow this great business!
- Experience with delivering training at both operational and management level.
