What you will do:

- Support and enhance the delivery of services within the Children's Team, ensuring the highest standards are maintained
- Conduct assessments and provide tailored support to children and families
- Collaborate closely with a dynamic team of professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of children
- Develop effective intervention plans while remaining flexible and responsive to the changing needs of children and families
- Liaise and work in partnership with statutory and voluntary agencies to achieve the best outcomes
