What you will do:

- Lead the coordination and management of cases where allegations are made against individuals working with children.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to employers on safeguarding and child protection matters.
- Conduct investigations and assessments to uphold the safety and welfare of children.
- Liaise with various agencies and professionals to ensure effective multi-agency collaboration.
- Keep accurate records and maintain confidentiality in line with organisational procedures and policies.
- Organise and deliver training to stakeholders on safeguarding practices and raising awareness of LADO processes.
