What you will do:

- Provide a high standard of podiatric care to maintain tissue viability, mobility, and independence for high-risk patients or those with acute infections. This is achieved through assessment, diagnosis, and the development of care plans, including those for patients with specialised needs such as acute and chronic neuropathies, vascular issues, and wound management.
- As a senior practitioner, you will be responsible for prioritising and supervising your own workload.
- Support junior staff, students, apprentices, and support workers, acting as a mentor and guide.
- Organise and plan the daily operations of podiatry clinics, including assessing new patients and serving as a primary contact for any clinical or admin issues within the Podiatry Service.
- Maintain effective and efficient use of resources, ensuring equipment is properly maintained, and keeping adequate stock levels.
- Undertake line management responsibilities for lower band staff, support workers, and apprentices.

Successful candidates must hold HCPC registration. A full driving licence is required to effectively manage your workload across various locations.
