What you will do:

• Hold cases that transfer from the Domestic Abuse and Advisory Team at the first Initial Child Protection Conference or Child in Need meeting

• Manage and support cases until closure, or transfer to the Children in Care Teams if they escalate to court proceedings or long-term care

• Work with a diverse range of children and young people with varying needs, offering tailored support and intervention

• Engage and collaborate with different services and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children and families

• Contribute to the development of practice areas within the team, bringing fresh ideas and approaches to safeguarding
