What you will do:

• Hold responsibility for Child Protection (CP), Child in Need (CiN), and Child Looked After (CLA) cases.
• Conduct Section 47 assessments and manage children's cases effectively.
• Participate in duty work and co-work with Youth Justice Services and other partners to ensure comprehensive support for young people.
• Complete Contextual Risk Assessment Frameworks (CERAFS) and engage in the Risk Outside the Home pilot programme in collaboration with Durham University.
• Tackle Contextual Safeguarding risks by implementing proactive strategies.
• Update and drive progress on CP, CIN, and CLA plans to ensure the best outcomes for young people.
• Represent cases at service manager panel and legal panel meetings, advocating for the safety and opportunities of young individuals.
