The Role:
Based in London, this interim position will report directly to the executive team and play a critical role in overseeing IT operations across a diverse international portfolio. You will lead the IT function across corporate headquarters and sites worldwide, with a focus on:
- Driving digital transformation initiatives and delivering innovative technology solutions.
- Enhancing IT infrastructure, software systems, and cyber security frameworks.
- Aligning technology strategies with business goals to improve performance and user experience.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing IT team.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an IT Director or similar leadership role in a fast-paced, multi-site environment (ideally within hospitality or leisure sectors).
- Strong track record of delivering enterprise-wide IT and software transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of modern digital ecosystems, cloud technologies, and data strategy.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Available to start at short notice and commit to a high-impact interim assignment.
