HR Coordinator – Join Team Routes!
Based in Rochdale (This is not a remote position) | Full-Time | Salary: Up to £25,400 (DOE)

A bit about the role...
As HR Coordinator, you’ll be a key part of the HR team, supporting all areas of the employee lifecycle — from onboarding and record-keeping to admin support and compliance. It’s a varied role, perfect for someone who thrives on organisation and loves helping people get off to a great start in their careers.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, so confidence juggling tasks, meeting deadlines, and staying on top of the details is a must!
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Experience in candidate onboarding
✔️ Great communication – clear, friendly, professional
✔️ Strong admin and organisational skills
✔️ A proactive, can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail
✔️ Comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing competing priorities
✔️ Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔️ A basic understanding of HR practices
✔️ Experience with HR systems is a bonus, but not essential
✔️ Discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
