What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults at risk, implementing appropriate safeguarding measures
• Lead complex case discussions, providing expert guidance and support to the safeguarding team
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies
• Monitor and evaluate safeguarding interventions, ensuring all activities comply with statutory guidelines
• Provide training and mentorship to less experienced social workers in adult safeguarding practices
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for court proceedings and internal reviews
