The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

In this role, you will: Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

• Work full-time on a long-term basis, earning up to £650 per week
• Provide personalised support to students with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
• Lead one-to-one and small group interventions to help students engage academically and socially
• Apply positive behaviour management strategies to support emotional well-being and learning
• Collaborate with teaching and SEN staff to implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and monitor progress

About You – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

• Hold a 2:1 degree or higher in any subject (Psychology, Education, or related fields are especially welcomed)
• Have a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN and helping them succeed
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Are patient, adaptable, and resilient in a busy school setting
• Have experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or volunteering)
