Graduate English Teaching Assistant- Job & Person Specification:
• Graduate English Teaching Assistant
• MUST have 2:1 or higher in a English, or English-related degree
• Experience tutoring KS3&KS4 students is beneficial but NOT essential
• Ofsted ‘Good’ graded secondary school with exceptional behaviour management and a strong sense of community
• Well-invested English department that is very successful when it comes to results and embedding a genuine love for literature in young people
• Modern school building with newly-renovated LRC stocking an impressive collection of books for students and staff alike to utilise
• Great public transport routes and staff car park
