About the Graduate Teaching Assistant Role:

• Earn up to £550
• Long-term, full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant role
• Sociable working hours: 8 – 3:30, Mon/Fri
• Kickstart a long-term Teaching career
• Immediate or September 2025 start date

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide classroom-based support across a variety of subjects. This includes:

• Offering one-to-one or small group academic support
• Helping to manage classroom behaviour and engagement
• Assisting with resource preparation and lesson delivery
• Supporting students with additional learning needs (SEND or EAL)
• Encouraging students' confidence and participation

This Graduate Teaching Assistant role is full-time, Monday to Friday, term-time only, and you will be fully immersed in school life—building lasting relationships with pupils and staff.
