Maths ECT – What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering engaging and well-structured Maths lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5
• Developing students’ mathematical reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Encouraging a positive, growth-oriented mindset in all learners
• Supporting students with varied abilities, including interventions and enrichment
• Tracking progress and adapting your teaching approach accordingly
• Building a classroom culture that values curiosity, effort, and resilience
• Collaborating with your department to ensure high-quality teaching and learning
• Inspiring students to pursue further education and careers in Maths and STEM fields

Maths ECT – What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with QTS, or an ECT with classroom experience teaching Maths
• A degree in Maths or a closely related subject
• A passion for making Maths accessible, engaging, and exciting
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver impactful lessons
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A reflective, adaptable, and proactive approach to professional growth
• A team player committed to contributing to a positive school culture
