Your Key Responsibilities: Primary Early Careers Teacher

• Deliver exciting, inclusive lessons in Key Stage 1 or 2
• Support students’ progress in literacy, numeracy, and personal development
• Use assessment to inform teaching and provide constructive feedback
• Create a nurturing, inclusive environment that promotes confidence and curiosity
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a dynamic curriculum
• Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and staff

About You: Primary Early Careers Teacher

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is completing training this year
• A genuine passion for primary education and making a difference
• Creative, enthusiastic, and reflective in your teaching approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
