A Specialist SEN School in Oldham is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, long-term role, ideal for a graduate looking to gain hands-on experience supporting children with a range of complex learning needs, including SEMH, autism, and communication difficulties.

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with the class teacher and wider support team to deliver tailored interventions and provide in-class support to pupils. You will play a key role in:
- Building positive, trusting relationships with students
- Encouraging engagement through clear communication and calm, consistent support
- Helping implement individual behaviour and learning plans
- Supporting social, emotional, and sensory development
- Assisting with personal care where required (full training provided)

About You
