About the School

This Sheffield-based specialist provision is part of a wider multi-academy trust dedicated to supporting young people with a wide range of needs. The school’s vision is rooted in compassion, resilience, and the belief that every child deserves to be understood and supported, no matter their background or behaviour. With a highly trained and supportive team of staff, the school puts wellbeing, relational practice, and restorative approaches at the heart of its culture, making it a nurturing but structured environment for both staff and students.

About the Role

As a Graduate SEN Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils across KS3 and KS4 who present with complex SEMH needs and behavioural challenges. You will build positive relationships, de-escalate conflict, and support students through both emotional regulation and academic progress.
