What You'll Do: Graduate Learning Support Assistant

• Provide one-to-one or small group support for students with SEN.
• Assist students in accessing the curriculum and offer help with their social and emotional development.
• Collaborate with SEN professionals to create and implement individualized learning strategies.
• Encourage students to build their academic skills and boost self-confidence.
• Maintain a calm, supportive environment where all students can thrive.
