What you will do: Deliver evidence-based mental health and substance misuse interventions while managing a clinical caseload.Complete comprehensive mental health assessments, reviews, and care planning using the Care Programme Approach (CPA).Work collaboratively with individuals, carers, and multidisciplinary professionals to provide coordinated care.Support service users from assessment through to discharge, ensuring effective transitions between services where appropriate.Promote recovery and rehabilitation, enabling individuals to achieve positive mental health outcomes.Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and respond effectively to crisis situations.Provide supervision and support to junior colleagues, contributing to their professional development. Qualifications/Requirements: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration.Experience working within mental health services, including assessment, care planning, and risk management.Knowledge of recovery-focused and trauma-informed approaches to care.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and manage a varied caseload.Experience within prison healthcare is desirable but not essential.
