What you will do: Take professional responsibility for managing a caseload that includes individuals, children, families, and carers needing support and guidance. Person Specifications: Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities, Experience, and Personal Characteristics: Possess a relevant professional qualification and Health and Care Professions Council registration if required.Have an up-to-date working knowledge of relevant national/local policy, statutory guidance, and legislation in social care services.Demonstrate a sound knowledge of social care processes, personalisation, and person-centered planning.Understand the principles of confidentiality and information governance as applied to social care.Embrace diversity and its impact on social care practice.Communicate clearly, concisely, and appropriately with individuals, families, carers, and professionals.Write documents that are clear and understandable and share professional reasoning and decisions effectively.Work well within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to team goals.Be competent in basic IT and numeracy skills and professional reflective supervision.
