Applications submitted without the completed form will be rejected.Role OverviewSeven Resourcing is recruiting for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Children’s Case Management Team (North East) at Shropshire Council.This role involves managing complex children and family caseloads, undertaking statutory social work duties, and supporting children through Child in Need, Child Protection, PLO, and court proceedings.The successful candidate will work on a hybrid basis, combining office attendance with flexible remote working.Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload involving CIN, CP, PLO, and court workUndertake statutory home visits and direct work with children and familiesComplete assessments, care planning, and risk management activitiesAttend and contribute to core group meetings and multi-agency meetingsPrepare high-quality court reports and documentation within required timescalesWork collaboratively with partner agencies to safeguard and promote the welfare of childrenMaintain accurate and up-to-date case recordings and reportsEnsure all work is completed in line with statutory legislation, policies, and procedures Requirements Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registrationSignificant experience within Children’s Social CareStrong experience managing CIN, CP, PLO, and court proceedingsAbility to produce clear, analytical court reports and assessmentsExcellent communication, assessment, and case management skillsAbility to work independently within a fast-paced statutory environment Why Work with Seven Resourcing?At Seven Resourcing, we go beyond recruitment.
