You should have sound knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Safeguarding Adults procedures, along with an Enhanced DBS clearance. Your skills will include strong assessment, care planning and risk management within Adult Social Care, strengths-based and person-centred practice, safeguarding, legal frameworks and multi-agency working and stakeholder engagement.
