This role is ideal for a strong social care manager with experience in CQC-regulated services, supported living, housing support, or care management.The RoleYou will be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality, compliant, and financially sustainable supported living service. The role focuses on staff leadership, service delivery, safeguarding, tenancy management, and regulatory compliance while supporting individuals to live independently.Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a CQC-registered supported living serviceEnsure compliance with health & safety, housing legislation, safeguarding, and regulatory standardsLead recruitment, performance management, and development of staff teamsOversee budgets, cost control, and financial viability of the serviceMaintain strong relationships with service users, commissioners, and partner agenciesEnsure high standards of record keeping, quality assurance, and service improvementPromote independence, inclusion, and positive outcomes for service users Requirements Experience as a Registered Manager, Service Manager, or Supported Living ManagerStrong knowledge of CQC regulations, adult social care legislation, and safeguardingNVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)Proven experience managing staff, budgets, and regulated servicesFull UK driving licence (service dependent)Excellent communication and leadership skills Working with Seven ResourcingEstablished in 2011, Seven Resourcing is one of the UK’s largest suppliers of temporary and ad-hoc professionals.
