Work collaboratively with Police, Education, Health, and other partners to ensure comprehensive risk management. Adhere to the Halton Safeguarding Children Partnership procedures for serious cases. 3. Duty and Response Work Participate in the duty rota, prioritising new referrals and responding swiftly to urgent situations. Provide clear advice and guidance to families and professionals alike. 4. Partnership and Multi-Agency Collaboration Develop strong working relationships with partner agencies for holistic, effective family support. Attend and actively contribute to multi-agency meetings. 5. Professional Growth and Development Maintain registration with Social Work England and follow Halton’s professional practice framework. Engage in continuous professional development (CPD), supporting peers and mentoring student social workers where appropriate. 6.
