Qualifications / Requirements Social Work Qualification: Degree in Social Work or equivalent recognised qualification.Registration: Current Social Work England registration.Experience: Previous experience within Adult Social Care and Mental Health Services.Legislative Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, safeguarding legislation, and relevant statutory frameworks.Assessment Skills: Experience undertaking complex assessments and care planning.Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and report-writing abilities.Multi-Agency Working: Ability to work effectively with health professionals, community services, and partner organisations.
