Key Benefits Competitive Hourly Rate: £35 per hour on a full-time basis. Weekly Allowance: £150 accommodation or mileage allowance. Manageable Caseloads: Caseloads capped at 25 to support high-quality, person-centred practice. Flexible/Agile Working: After a two-week induction at Shire Hall, the role offers remote working with 2–3 days per week required onsite. Role Responsibilities Work collaboratively with adults experiencing challenging circumstances to promote independence, wellbeing, and informed life choices. Apply the Three Conversations model to deliver strengths-based and person-centred interventions. Build strong partnerships with local communities, voluntary organisations, and multi-agency professionals to ensure effective and holistic support. Manage a caseload of up to 25 adults, ensuring timely assessments, reviews, and safeguarding duties where required. Maintain accurate and compliant case records in line with statutory requirements and local policy. Stay informed of key legislation, guidance, and best practice underpinning Adult Social Care. Contribute to team meetings, multi-disciplinary discussions, and service development.
