What You Will Do: Conduct detailed assessments and design intervention plans that prioritise the safety, welfare, and development of children. Manage a caseload of 20–24 children, including complex Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) cases. Collaborate with multi-agency professionals to deliver holistic, effective support to children and their families. Participate in regular supervision to enhance practice quality and encourage reflective development. Fulfil duty rota responsibilities, completing one full duty week every three weeks. Travel within Torbay and occasionally beyond county borders for statutory visits and meetings. Please Note: Previous applicants will not be reconsidered. A minimum of three years post-qualifying experience within an English local authority is required.
