You will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong team performance, and positive outcomes for service users. What you will do Provide leadership, supervision, and professional support to a small team of qualified and unqualified social workers. Oversee transitions for adults with learning disabilities, ensuring person-centred and legally compliant practice. Apply in-depth knowledge of the Care Act, mental health legislation, and safeguarding frameworks. Manage team workflows, prioritising cases to ensure effective and timely service delivery. Participate in recruitment processes, conducting interviews both virtually and face-to-face. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and partner agencies to improve outcomes for service users. Requirements Qualified Social Worker with relevant Social Work England registration. Substantial experience within Adult Social Care, particularly Learning Disabilities and Transitions. Strong knowledge of the Care Act and mental health legislation. Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience. Ability to work effectively within a hybrid model.
