What you will do: Conduct clinical screening and aseptic final release of chemotherapy within the oncology team.Screen oncology prescriptions to ensure accuracy and safety.Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.Participate in the checking of aseptic products, utilising your knowledge and experience to maintain high standards.Provide pharmaceutical expertise and guidance to other healthcare professionals and patients. To excel in this role, you must be registered with the HCPC and ideally possess a valid driving licence, enabling you to travel easily to various healthcare locations around Canterbury.
