What You Will Do

• Provide strategic leadership to Personal Advisers and social workers within the Leaving Care Team.

• Deliver reflective supervision, guidance, and support to ensure consistently high standards of practice.

• Develop and lead improvement projects to enhance outcomes for care leavers aged 16–25.

• Ensure young people have access to essential services, resources, and opportunities that support independence.

• Work collaboratively with key partners and agencies to coordinate holistic support for care leavers.

• Embed positive change and drive service development in line with local priorities and legislation.
