Support Worker – Walsingham Support (Multiple Locations in SA Area)
Location: Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot (SA8, SA11, SA13 postcodes)

About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality care across several Walsingham homes. These services support individuals with varying needs, including mental health challenges and complex care requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered support to residents in line with care plans
- Assist with daily living activities and community engagement
- Administer medication safely and accurately
- Support residents during outings (drivers preferred)
- Respond effectively in emergency situations (evacuation training provided)
- Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
- Previous experience in support work (training requirements vary by home)
- Drivers preferred due to community activities
- Ability to work confidently with individuals who may present challenging behaviors
- PMVA training required for some homes
- Comfortable with lone working (specific services)
- Medication administration experience is essential
- Flexibility for last-minute cover
