What you will do:

• Deliver a high standard of individualised care, putting patients at the heart of everything you do.
• Mentor and assist team members to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
• Administer safe haemodialysis treatment in adherence to patient prescriptions.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, extending your cooperation to external organisations and hospital trusts.
• Maintain effective communication at all times with patients and service providers.
• Comply with company procedures, guidelines, and policies; participate in their implementation and review.
• Actively develop knowledge and skills relevant to high standards of patient care.
• Show a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and contribute to the evaluation of evidence to enhance and evolve patient care.

Person Specification:

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an aspiration to learn.
• Experience in renal nursing is favoured but not essential.
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to change with ease.
• Friendly, outgoing, and able to work flexibly within a team.
