Staff Nurse - Complex Care Home in Guernsey

Applications are invited from Registered Nurses (Adult, Mental Health or LD) to join our clients 17 bedded Complex Care Home on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.
The salary range is £24 per hour to £28 per hour dependending on experience. There is a 25% uplift for weekends and the opportunity to work overtime. 
This is a full time post, 36 hours per week with overtime welcome when available. 

Please note, there is no relocation payment available with this role and single staff accommodation is available at a cost of approx £800 per month, inclusive.

This family run and privately operated employer comprises four homes providing Nursing, Residential and Dementia Care across Guernsey and are committed to ongoing professional development.
Clinical support is available overnight from other homes in the group.
Residents are of mixed ages some under 65 and include; Complex medical needs, Unstable diabetes, PEG feeding, Challenging behaviour and Dementia.
The high standards of this is organisation is reliant on the excellent calibre of Nurses recruited to a very high standard.

The island of Guernsey is in the Channel Islands and has a population of 65,000. It has some of Britain's finest and best-kept beaches, an especially mild and sunny climate, and an offbeat, historic harbour town in St. Peter's Port, the island's capital.

Person requirements:
Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration.
At least one year post-registration experience in an older adult Complex Care setting
Passionate about working as part of a small committed team, delivering quality care.
