What you will do:
- Deliver a high standard of individualised care while promoting patient-focused care
- Mentor and assist team members to foster a supportive team environment
- Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in accordance with patient prescriptions
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, as well as with external organisations and hospital trusts
- Maintain effective communication with patients and other service users
- Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and policies while helping to implement and review them
- Continuously develop your knowledge and skills relevant to high standard patient care
- Commit to evidence-based practice and assist in evaluating evidence to improve and develop patient care
Person Specification:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin
- Experience in renal nursing is preferred and highly beneficial
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to change
- Friendly, outgoing, and flexible, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Team-player who operates effectively within a group setting
