What you will do:
Deliver training and support across ARPs/Units and schools to improve provision for pupils with speech, language, and communication needs.
Promote early intervention strategies and communication-friendly environments across Enfield schools.
Provide practical strategies, guidance, and assessments for children within Local Authority ARPs and Units.
Support schools in addressing the needs of children who are not progressing at the same pace as their peers.
Deliver key messages around speech, language, and communication, reinforcing the importance of early intervention.
Provide supervision and professional development support for school staff working in ARPs and Units.
Essential requirements:
HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel between school settings.
