What you will do:

- Manage a diverse and complex caseload effectively, ensuring delivery of purposeful and impactful social care.
- Conduct detailed assessments and analyses, applying a high standard of professional judgement and meeting the required standards.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with children and families to develop and implement safety and support plans.
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams including schools, healthcare providers, and law enforcement agencies.
- Stay informed and adaptable to current best practices to contribute positively to ongoing service improvement initiatives.
- Utilise the Signs of Safety framework to embed a culture of excellence, providing guidance and support as required.
