What you will do:

Undertake safeguarding assessments and enquiries in line with current legislation and local procedures
Manage a complex caseload, including high-risk cases requiring skilled and timely intervention
Identify, assess, and manage risk using proportionate and evidence-based approaches
Develop, implement, and regularly review care, support, or protection plans
Work collaboratively with health, police, education, and other partner agencies
Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings, strategy discussions, and conferences

Requirements:

Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work
Registration with Social Work England
Enhanced DBS clearance
Right to Work in the UK
Post-qualification experience within a safeguarding team (children’s or adults’)
Proven experience managing complex and high-risk cases
