What you will do:
Conduct assessments to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.
Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multi-agency professionals to develop effective safeguarding plans.
Attend and contribute to case conferences and review meetings to ensure appropriate support is provided.
Carry out home visits to provide direct support and intervention in line with child protection plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in line with legal and professional standards.
Provide crisis intervention and support to families, helping create safe and stable environments for children.
