What You Will Do:

• Carry out comprehensive social work assessments and care management in accordance with local authority procedures.

• Manage a varied caseload, ensuring timely and effective interventions for children and families.

• Develop, implement, and review care and support plans, engaging service users, carers, and multi-agency partners.

• Prepare detailed written reports for court proceedings, case reviews, and safeguarding meetings.

• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver effective, coordinated services that safeguard and promote wellbeing.
