We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Social Worker to join the Mental Health Team within Inverclyde, (UK), offering an attractive rate of £29 hourly for a 3-month assignment. This full-time position, based at Crown House, King Street, Greenock, provides an engaging and dynamic work environment where you can make a real impact in the community. As a Social Worker in this role, you will predominantly be office-based with some flexibility for homeworking at the discretion of the manager. We value candidates with at least one year of experience working with adults in a mental health setting, along with relevant Adult Protection training. A driver's licence is essential for home visits.

What you will do:
- Provide support and intervention to adults experiencing mental health challenges, ensuring effective and empathetic care.
- Carry out home visits to assess the needs and well-being of service users.
- Integrate Adult Protection training into everyday responsibilities to safeguard vulnerable adults.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals within the duty system to manage cases and deliver optimal social work services.
