What you will do:

• Conduct assessments and write reports for potential foster carers, ensuring that they are fit to provide care.
• Provide ongoing support and supervision to foster carers, helping them navigate challenges they face.
• Attend panel meetings and make recommendations regarding the approval, review, and de-registration of foster carers.
• Collaborate with multi-agency teams to ensure that children and young people in foster care have their needs met adequately.
• Assist in recruitment campaigns and events to attract new foster carers.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant legal and organisational policies.
