What You Will Do:

• Participate in the Duty Cycle, being on duty one week in five, providing expert assessment and decision-making.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Team Managers, Advanced Practitioners, and Senior Social Workers.

• Conduct early-stage assessments and interventions to safeguard children and support families effectively.

• Address complex cases, applying analytical and creative problem-solving to achieve sustainable solutions.

• Ensure smooth transfer of cases to long-term teams for ongoing support.

• Empower children and families to set goals and achieve positive outcomes through guided action.
