What You Will Do:

  • Provide strong clinical leadership and management to nursing and recovery staff, maintaining high standards of care.

  • Oversee daily prescribing and operational activities, ensuring service delivery meets clinical and safety standards.

  • Manage a complex caseload, delivering holistic care including non-medical prescribing interventions.

  • Lead on staff development through supervision, training, and performance appraisals.

  • Drive service improvement by promoting user and carer involvement and embedding feedback into practice.

  • Coordinate data collection, audit activity, and reporting to meet Trust and commissioning requirements.

  • Uphold compliance with all national guidelines, safeguarding procedures, and internal governance standards.

  • Foster collaborative relationships with partner agencies and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
