What You Will Do:

• Manage casework for children and young people with permanent care plans, ensuring placements are stable and safe.

• Build and sustain long-term, trusting relationships with children, supporting them as they navigate their care journey.

• Support children as they transition out of care proceedings, offering guidance and emotional support.
