What you will do:

• In this role as a Social Worker specialising in adult care, you will engage with individuals, families, carers, and communities to assess needs and make informed decisions.
• Work independently on a variety of cases, adapting your approach as required to handle more complex or unusual circumstances.
• Assess and manage risks effectively, always focusing on the best outcomes.
• Engage in important court of protection work and manage community Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).
• Contribute to service planning, reflecting the needs and aspirations of the people you support.
