What you will do:

- Manage and lead the Integrated Front Door (IFD) Team, fostering a collaborative environment with Child Protection social workers, Early Help Access Point workers, Health, Police, and partner agencies.
- Oversee the process of receiving and triaging referrals to ensure children's needs are met promptly and accurately.
- Liaise with professionals, families, and the public to provide expert advice and guidance.
- Develop, implement, and review effective procedures to enhance service delivery and safeguard children effectively.
- Ensure the team meets set objectives, maintaining high standards of practice within all areas of work.
